Breakfast: oatmeal..can you feel fall in the air..oatmeal is always so comforting but I usually opt for oats because it's easier to not cook them Lunch: Lentils and Rice seasoned with Braggs and topped with salsa sides: nectarines, cuke and tomato salad Dinner: I'm contemplating making a fun dish that I've never made before to use up some squash from the garden . It will have potatoes, squash, cheese and turkey bacon as the main elements...we'll see how it turns out and if my kids will eat it. I did make it and I sauted some onions before I baked it all up. It was DELICIOUS!! I'm making it again tomorrow!! |
