Breakfast: Zucchini muffins (some of us still ate oats) Lunch: zucchini muffins ...I didn't mean to eat them again but my friend asked us to meet her at the park and I didn't have enough time to get a "normal lunch" together. Her kids and my kids devoured the muffins and everyone seemed very happy. sides: fresh picked apricots...my friend has a tree with about 4,000 apricots in it and we made a very small dent in it this morning and picked a few hundred. Dinner: Adzuki Bean and barley casserole (yesterdays beans and barley with some cumin, tomato sauce, corn tortillas and cheese) My kids will eat anything if there is some cheese on top. sides: kiwi and peaches |
