Breakfast: Oats ..I had mine with bananas and macademia nuts. I'm actually still hungry so I'd better go eat more..the baby must be having a growth spurt. The other day I had to keep filling my bowl up like 6 times before I felt I'd gotten enough. I try to be sensitive to this and eat until I'm full and stop before I'm overfull. Unfortunately my stomach has times where it's tiny and I eat a little bowl of something and I'm stuffed. its a weird pregnancy thing I guess. Lunch: Turkey wraps w/ cheese and spring salad mix sides: nectarines Dinner: Refried Beans and Rice....I finally made beans...I think credit goes to Lybi for encouraging me with her stories of eating beans...Thanks Lybi ! |
