Breakfast: oats and granola w/ yogurt Lunch: Parmesean Pasta sides: green salad w/ fresh garden green beans and zucchini the first of the year...delicious. Dinner: Steamed Red Potatoes, Steamed Yams w/ buttter fresh garden zucchini slices I never realized how much I enjoy sliced zucchini when they are little and you can eat them like a cucumber. In the salad at lunch they had some dressing on them and were chopped up small. Tonight I ate them straight and enjoyed the mild taste.
