No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

5:00am

I woke up feeling sick today and took a long time getting my act together. When I finally got out the door it was after 5:00. I felt a little better once I got out there, but about half way through the run I got really nauseous and it was all I could do to hold down the power bar and cytomax I had for breakfast. I feel better now since I called in sick and slept all day.

Sorry you are not feeling well, but glad you got some rest! Look at your time when you are ill! What is up with that, Superman???

Superman I am not, but with my unique skills I could probably get a job with the Mystery Men or maybe The Specials :)

I just noticed you are a grandpa. SUPER GRANDPA!!! Wow, you look so young. Running is the fountain of youth.

Mystery Men is one of my favorite movies. Kinnear, Stiller, Garofalo, and Macy at their finest. Pee Wee Herman I could do without.

Kelli - I am indeed a grandpa to the coolest toddler on the planet!

Burt - I thought I was the only grown-up that loves goofy movies like that. Have you seen Fido? That's another one of my favorites.

I saw it on the shelf at Blockbuster. Does that count? That's the one with the zombie that the family keeps as a pet?

From rattletrap on Tue, Apr 14, 2009 at 11:54:55 from 70.193.46.152

Yes. It is awesome! A little too gory for kids, but it is a really funny movie.
