| | 12 miles at an easy pace on the snow covered trails at Point Defiance Park. This was an amazing run and the perfect birthday gift! I met with about a dozen friends and spent a couple hours cruising the trails and followed it up with a smokin' hot Thai dish at my favorite restaurant with my smokin' hot wifey :) Life is good!

| | The snow turned to rain and the wind was blowing so I did my long run on the dreadmill at Kym's work. It was a little better than the last time I ran on the TM at the Y. They have about 5 of these Woodway things at the PLU Fitness Center:

| | My foot felt fine yesterday, but I skipped my planned run after work anyway, to finish the last few episodes of Breaking Bad...So good! Today it is feeling tight again. Not sure if I should give it another day or try an easy run after work. 5 easy after work. The pain in my foot was gone, but my ankle was stiff. I feel like some kind of weird, paranoid, pain gremlin is roaming around in there. |
