Must be some nice rolling hills where you run?

Awesomeness

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Jan 11, 2012 at 00:57:41 from 67.160.56.253

IJR - There's two decent hills on my normal morning route and I do them both twice. It actually looks pretty boring on the map, but there are nice wide sidewalks and streetlights for the whole route:

April - There was no "awesomeness" going on this morning. Check back in a few hours and I might have something for ya :)

Looked pretty awesome from here

I looked at your garmin connect, that's pretty cool. I need to get plugged into that program. I noticed your HR avg. was 170. I can't get my max HR above 177. A year ago I measured it at 183 but now 177 is the max (maybe 179 but that measurment may have been a fluke). My resting HR is 34, I must have syrup in my veins!

IJR - Garmin connect is free and pretty easy to set up. I like SportTracks better though because you don't need Internet access and it has great reporting features. How did you determine your max HR? It's common for me to hit 190's toward the end of a race. My resting HR is around 60.

Hey RT,

I determined my LHR by putting my HR monitor on and then when I woke up took a reading. I've done that several times and it's always the same. My max HR is what I've measured with themost exerted effort I could do on the track.
