I ran after work today and I was able to run in shorts, it was just right. I ran the Payson Park loop but cut out the rollers all via canal road, my pace was pretty easy and I had a nice rhythm after I was able to warm up. My leg was really tender at first but it seemed to get better as run went on. I'm not sure what helped it but it was either the 800 MIL of ibuprofen or the fact that it loosened up, I don't know which... My average pace 8:49 with my total time at 54:38. After the run I did my upper body weight training and some push-ups, it was a good workout today and I was glad that I was able to get it in. See ya tomorrow.
