My PT said that I can bump up my time on the elliptical to 25 minutes so I did 2.6 miles in 25 minutes, and then he worked on my calf again last night, I have several pretty big knots but he was able to work some of them out, but still no running until maybe Saturday or Monday. I am thankful that I can at least do the elliptical... I did some stretching after the elliptical and now its time for some ice! See ya tomorrow.
