What a brutal night. I have never had anything hit so fast! Needles to say there will be now running today, my throat hurts so bad and I have no energy, my brother-in-law the doctor says it sounds like strep... So I will be getting on and antibiotic ASAP, I'm going back to bed....

Take good care of yourself Clay! I've only had official strep once and that was enough! If I were you I'd get the antibiotic in the hind end...it works so much faster than taking 3 pills every day for 10 days!

BTW: I'm assuming that is your wife in the picture with you. She sure looks familiar to me. But I have no idea how I would know her. I don't really know too many people from your town.

Ditto what Kim said Clay. Hope you get better quick, seems like you've had an unlucky spell with various ailments and injuries lately. Hopefully this is the last of it.

Finally saw the elk herd today.

Kim she is Cindie Black, at least that's her maiden name, shes Cindie Simmons now! Shes from Salem so maybe you guys have crossed paths...

Tom, I was really looking forward to today's run I am finally getting over all these little aches and pains that have been holding me back, and then I catch this darn cold but I will be hard at it again on Monday. I finally have some motivation since I entered the Strider's Half, I don't know how ready I'll be but I will do my best.

I'm kind of excited...

Take care.
