The wind was blowing this morning and then about a mile into the run I hit a driving snow storm and I was wondering what the Heck am I  doing out in this mess, and it was those snow pellets that hurt like crazy when the hit you, it was brutal!!! I stuck with it though and ran the pretty little hill loop and then with about three miles left the snow started to let up just a little bit and so it was tolerable... My average pace was 8:48 with my total time at 53:51, HR average was at 146, My legs felt pretty good going out but they started to feel heavy with about 2 miles left to go but that could have been from the head wind I was fighting the whole it pretty much wore me out! I wish spring would come back, this weather is getting me down big time;-(

Dude, that sounds nasty. Way to get out and get it done this morning. Spring will be here soon, hang in there.

Rambo 100 commando points for the Rambo run - sounds fun and crazy at the same time. Mariah is your friend, without, without the painted wagon. Arc machine, kind of a cross between a stair stepper and a eliptical. The resistent can be set on both the pedals and the arm levels. Very good cross training excercise.

Stay Kool, think heat, B of BS Rools out

Way to hang in there Bro. I ran into the same snow pellett storm you did on my way to work this morn. I was wondering if you were out running in it. Those things were huge. Brent is only giving you 100 commando points. I'm giving you at least 500. That was way BRUTAL.
