St. George marathon, WOW, The head cold I had was really tough on me I felt pretty good through Veyo and half way up the Diamond Vally but then me legs really got tired and I had to slow down my pace. On mile 18 my cough started to hinder me a bit but I kept on trucking. I am feeling better today other than I am a little Stiff in my calfs, I am hoping that will subside in a few days. Time was 4:05:31 which is about 15 minutes better than when I ran Ogden in May. Considering my health at the time I feel pretty good about the whole week. I was really proud of my Older brother Curtis who just finished up his Radiation treatments for Lymphoma Cancer and was able to finish the Marathon. His Time was; 4:57:00. Way to go Bro I am Proud of you.

Congratulations on finishing faster than your Ogden time despite being sick. I think that your brother has posted on the St George marathon forum. It truly is amazing for him to accomplish what he did.
