My legs were gone again today and I just wasn't feeling right so I only did 5 miles at a very easy pace. I don't know if I'm coming down with something or if I am just getting lazy. I sure haven't felt good its like I have know energy. I don't know, mabey I'm over training, It doesn't feel like it though. I also did 35 minutes of strength training, upper body only. Total time was 43:17. |
