I ran out to mini GU Corner and then back to the house, I kept the pace easy and then I tacked on another mile when I returned back to the house to round out the seven miles. My average pace was 8:50 with my HR average at 138, total time was at 1:02:05, just a nice easy recovery run... I might try a 3 to 4 mile tempo tomorrow and see how I do, but that will depend on how I'm feeling. After the run I did my standard upper body weight training and then some push-ups, a really good workout this morning and I am pleased with how it went. See ya tomorrow.
