I ran out to Mini GU via canal road and then back to the house, I was not feeling it this morning I had the old dead leg thing a going on and I just wasn't feeling real great. On the way back I decided to do some pick-ups and just try and get the old legs a going, so I went from Telephone pole to telephone pole and just tried to increase the pace each time and the distance and then have a similar distance in rest after each one and it seemed to help... My average pace was 8:39 with my total time at 52:40, I finished up with some lower body weight training; legs raises, squats, one legged squats and then some calf raises. See ya tomorrow.
