I ran out to GU corner and then I ran into Pat Loss and Ken Krause and I ran back to the stake center with them good times and good conversation. After getting a drink there I ran back to the house to my water but someone had drank half of it, don't know who, but I was glad that they left at least half. HAHA. After my drink I ran out past the old barn on canal road and then back to the house to round out the 11 miles, my average pace was 8:35 with my total time at 1:34:59. I wasn't sure what to expect today with my calf but it handled the pace and the mileage pretty good, I was getting tired towards the end.  I think a lot of that had to do with the fact that I ran yesterday and I also walked 18 holes of golf so I was pretty tired from yesterday. Next week will be a little  unproductive as I will be at Trek with the stake and the youth so I won't be able to run Thursday thru Saturday, so I will lose some there. I will be walking 6 to 7 miles a day so I guess that will make for some good workouts, but its not the same as running. Oh well its for a good cause and it should be interesting to see how everyone does.

See ya Monday.
