I ran on the elliptical after work and I ran 6.26 miles in 60 minutes, I have a Sole E-35 and it keeps track of the mileage which is kind of nice. After that I finished up with some light upper body weight training and some push-ups, I also rolled my leg with the big foam roller. Hopefully my leg will feel good enough to run outside tomorrow morning, I will have to see if not then I'll have another date with the good old elliptical! See ya tomorrow.
