I ran the Payson Park loop this morning and I extended all the way to the Park, pace was pretty slow and I just tried to keep things easy and enjoy the beautiful morning. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 1:03:01, after the run I did some strength training on my lower body: squats, one legged squats and leg raises. It was a good start to the week now I just need to keep it going. See ya tomorrow.
