I forgot to post yesterday that England Dan Seals died so Saturday I listened to a bunch of his old songs from the seventies while I ran my long run, it was cool. I think I might do that again all next week, just to pay tribute... "Nights are Forever with out You" baby! You young guns won't know what the heck I'm talking about!

Clay I listened to a tribute on 107.5 while I was driving to the race yesterday. I really liked the guy! Looks like we get bad weather for this week too.
