I didn't run this morning in hopes that maybe my back would not be as stiff at work when I'm sitting all day but it didn't matter, I was just as stiff. So I came home and I tried the treadmill but my back just wouldn't let me do it so then I jumped on the elliptical and did a 10 minute warm up and then ran the contenders course which is 20 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. After that I did my standard upper body weight training and then I finished up with some push-ups. My foot and back were really giving me fits today, this is really getting to be a pain, I just wish I could get back to being healthy again. Maybe in my next life I guess! See ya tomorrow.
