After work I jumped on the elliptical and ran 4.15 miles in 40 minutes and then I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes and ran 2.30 miles, average pace was around 8:40 on the treadmill, so 60 minutes total between the two. After that I did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, my IT band was a bit of a bother at first but seemed to loosen up after awhile. Its still a bit tender right now though.... It's was a good workout, I was sweating like a fool! See ya tomorrow.
