I ran mid afternoon today and it was such a beautiful day I had to get out and run, I ran out to Mini GU and then back to the house all via canal road.  After getting back o the house I tacked on another mile, my average pace was 8:31 with a total time 59:59, did some stretching afterword. Now its off to Ethan's Cross Country Banquet, should be a great time!
