37:00 minutes on the elliptical.... I have been resting the last few days, I have lost my Mojo so to speak. I also did the standard lower body workout with core training for 30 minutes. I am planning on running this weekend for a few miles, and try out my leg just as all of you are running the marathon, this has been the hardest 6 weeks of my life, but I'm standing tall.
