43:00 on the elliptical this morning, I did some resistance training with it as well, trying to duplicate running up hill. I did that for about a 10:00 minute block, it kicked my butt. I also did the standard weight training on the legs and core training; 300 crunches and then alternating push-ups between sets of the crunches. Total push-ups 75... Between the strength training and the core training it was just over 30 minutes. My leg feels good, the pain has really subsided and I feel like I am on the right track. I am almost down to a month left and then I can start running again, so the last two weeks have flown by pretty good, NOT!
I forgot my heart rate monitor this morning, sorry Lybi, I will try and remember to use it in the morning.
