My PT will only let me do 15 minutes on the elliptical with this darn calf strain, so I did 1.6 miles in 15 minutes. I had some pain but it wasn't bad so I am optimistic that after a week I'll be able to get back at it, my PT is going to work on it again after work today so I hope I can get it better and get back out on the road. I'm very frustrated! I did my upper body weight training and some push-ups to finish out the day. See ya tomorrow.
