Friday's are usually a light day for me, or at least I try and make it light. I ran out towards Payson park but cut out the rollers and on the way out the pace was real easy, first 3 miles were at a 9:15 pace, and then on the way back the last 3 miles were sub 8:30 pace. Average pace was 8:50 and total time was 53:56, after the run I did my upper body weight training on the Bowflex and then some stretching, no cross training I am just trying to keep it easy today. Tomorrow I plan on at least 10 and depending on how I am feeling I will do more, but I will have to see what the plan is;) See ya tomorrow.
