I went to the PT at 2:45 this afternoon and I did 10 minutes on the stair climber, which kicked my butt, and then the scraping began and that was so special! I then came home and did a 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical and then I did the backwoods course which has resistance up to 7 for 30 minutes and then I cooled down for another 10 minutes, so between the 3 little buggers I had 60 minutes total. After the elliptical I did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups. I will take Saturday and Sunday off as per the PT's instructions and then there will be more scraping on Monday before I head out of town. I am pretty proud of my self this week, I stayed positive and worked hard and got her done and I hope this remedy will get back out on the road soon. See ya Monday.
