Finally a morning run!!! I ran out towards GU corner but stopped a half mile short as this is my 3.5 miles from the house so that was my turn around point. I kept the pace nice and easy, my legs were still feeling the affects of the workout from yesterday afternoon so I kept her nice and easy. Average pace was 9:00 with my HR average at 142, total time was 1:03:49, I was able to pick it up the last half mile and finish strong. After the run I jumped on the elliptical for an easy 20 minutes with no resistance and then I finished up with some stretching and some core work out, that's about it for today I feel good about getting up and getting it all done in the morning it always seems to make the day go better.

See ya tomorrow.

Kelli-GU Corner and Osborn's are one in the same, I just always called it GU corner;) And then Mini GU Corner is the log cabin home just as you turn on to power house road heading towards GU Corner.

Does it have anything to do with GU?

Diet coke?

From Clay on Thu, Mar 25, 2010 at 00:26:12 from 166.205.9.116

Whatever you want to put in the cooler. I'm sure some of the runners would be down for some diet coke;)

Nothin' beats diet coke at the end of a race, although I am not sure I could stomach it during a run/race! My doctor once told me to forget all the gu and stuff and just drink a coke. I think I would barf it up in the next mile.
