I usually take Friday's off but I didn't run on Tuesday so I decided to do some cross-training instead, so I did 6.23 miles on the elliptical in 60 minutes and I was a sweatin fool!!! After the elliptical I did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups to finish up. No pain in my leg and I think it is all stemming from my back with a pinched nerve, I will try and go long tomorrow before Ethan's Basketball game at 8am so I will have to be up early! So fun! Later.
