Well I felt a little better this morning as far as my hip and leg are concerned, I don't know if it was the strength training that I did yesterday or what but it was tolerable today:-) I ran up Loafer to the stop sign and then turned west for about a quarter of a mile and then turned and headed back for home. I took it pretty easy on the downhill , but what was weird was when I was running up loafer it almost made my injury feel better, it seemed to really stretch it out so that was a good sign. My pace going up was okay (9:40) and my heart rate was in the 160 range, so not to bad my average pace for the run was 9:38 and my heart rate average was 145, total time was 38:37... I had to cut my run short this morning because I had to be the dentist at 8:00am and I woke up a little late, but with the hill work that I did this morning I think I will cut myself some slack,  I might run a little with my son later this evening but I will have to see if he is up to it.

So all in all it was an okay run and I hope that it feels even better tomorrow so I can start getting in a good grove.
