The good old elliptical this morning again, started with 22 minute warm up and then did the program #3 which is 30 minutes with the resistance peaking at 7 my HR maxed at 161 and was between 155 and 160 for most of that 30 minutes, I then cooled down for 10 minutes for a total of 62 minutes. I tried the treadmill for a few minutes just to test my achillies cuz it felt pretty good but after a few minutes I could feel the same old problem so I stopped. I was able to do some leg lifts on the Bowflex, 3 sets of each leg, it didn't seem to bother my achillies so I'll try and do that a couple of times a week, no calf raises though. See ya tomorrow.
