REST!

My upper leg and hip feel a little better today but that isn't saying a whole lot, I still don't feel like I could run on it! My brother-in-law is in town and he is a PT so I am going to have him work on me and then see how it goes. I am still planning on running the race on Saturday (Riverwoods 10 miler) if my leg continues to get better each day then I will try and run it,  but if it just kind of stays the same then I might have to drop out. I will probably do a test run on Friday to just see where I'm at and then make a decision based on how I feel after that:-)

Somebody please help me!

I hope that doesn't mean you are sitting home watching that rubbish! =)

OK, now, settle down a bit...all is well, all is well! This is just a little set back for a small moment. You are being good to rest and be careful. I'm wondering if you and I are feeling the same kind of pain at the moment and I'm wondering if Harry's Hill is the culprit. Mine felt good with a very gentle run this morning and I plan to do the same thing the next few mornings to test the running waters for Saturday's 5K. Don't make Cindie want to throw you out in the dog house for being Grumpy! I'm sure she would much rather enjoy the company of Dopey, Bashful or even Sleepy! Good luck!

Kim,

Sometimes when I need a good laugh I'll peek in on one. I am a little grumpy but I'm trying real hard not to be:-)

Good luck on Saturday too, I feel like there is a "Golden Ticket" in your future!
