I was up till 1am putting together my new Sole E35 elliptical so I didn't get out this morning until 6:30 or so. I tweaked my back Thursday night lifting my old Nordic Track out of the house so I was battling a sore back the whole run. My goal was to run out to Mini GU corner and then back to the house, I was able to do that but the pace was really slow from the sore back but it was noticeably better than yesterday so that is good. My calf's felt better today, they had no knots in the them which felt good for a change. I did have a little pain from the good old leg injury but it was less than it has been so that is a good sign. After I returned home I jumped on the elliptical and it was pretty cool! It keeps track of distance so that's fun, it said I did 2.25 miles in 24 minutes. Man they are really smooth and quiet, at least for an elliptical, it will be fun to try some resistance when I am feeling up to it. My average pace for the first 3 miles was 8:53 and then on the way back it was way slower at 9:10. The first 3 miles time wise was 27:32 and then on the way back it was 28:09. My watch picked up the first mile way to soon and then I was off the rest of the first 3 miles so that is why I changed at my have way point to reset it and it seemed more accurate on the way back. This watch seems to do that a lot, it has a mind of it's own. Its probably not use to me running 5 days in one week, it was a shock to it's system;) and mine:) On the way back today I ran into my Brother Curtis (SimmBad) and we were able to catch up a little bit, he is running pretty good right now!

See ya Monday.
