I was being tested last night for sleep apathy so I had to wear this stupid thing on my finger all night long and I couldn't sleep. It drove me nuts! So needless to say I didn't get very much good sleep last night... I ran out to Payson via canal road to my 3 mile mark and then I headed back to my house, I did some quicker miles on the way back, a progression run for two miles those went as follows; 7:43, and 7:18. The last mile was more in the 6:45 range but I did a recovery 200 in the middle and then I would kick it towards the end, I was breathing pretty heavy at the end of that last one! My average pace was 8:18 with my HR average at 149, total time was 50:34, I had a 2:00 minute negative split on the way back which was cool. Not bad, considering that I was going to try and take it easy today, its that darn Rocky's Theme it gets me going every time!

See ya tomorrow.

Did you have to wear the apnea thing for just that one night? Kind of defeats the point if you are unable to sleep.

Ya one night only... Thats what I thought, what the heck good is it! Dumb doctors;-) I'm sleeping much better now though...
