I ran out to Mini GU corner and then back to the house, my pace was easy for the most part with a few aches and pains along the way. My legs just didn't want to go this morning so I just went easy and enjoyed the run, it sure was pretty out this morning one of the joys of running in the morning. My average pace was 8:50 with my HR average at 141 and my total time was 53:18, after the run I did my usual lower body weight training so a pretty good workout all in all! I do have some stiffness on the front part of my lower right leg and it was a little sore for the first part of the run, I stretched it out pretty good after the run so hopefully its nothing to serious.

See ya tomorrow.

Nice job Clay. I think you'll have a pretty good run Saturday. Are you taking the family down or you going down by yourself?

Tom-Just me and the wife, we were just going to stay over night and then come back after the race but now we're thinking of maybe staying Saturday night to. But that depends if the hotel we're staying at will have space.

Dang I should have talked to you earlier and you both could have just stayed the whole time with us at the condo. Actually we have Walter and his family with us but we do have a hide-a-bed in the loft available if you're interested. Also we have to leave Saturday (Walter's crew will be there until Sunday), but if you have some king-size sheets or sleeping bags you could bring you could stay in the master bedroom Saturday night if you don't mind sharing the kitchen/living-room with Walter and fam. Just let me know if you're interested, we'd love to have you stay.

Oh that's okay Tom, no worries. We're still not sure if we are going to stay or not, its kind of hard to leave our 5 kids alone for more than a day and a night so we still weighing our options.

See ya down there.
