I ran the Payson Park Loop this morning and ran all the way to the park, I felt pertty good this morning so that was a pleasnt surprise! My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 1:00:56. I 'm really disappointed in the election last night, I hopr those idots back east know what thier doing! NOT!
