I left work a little early to try and get a run in before the snow storm and I was able to do that but it was pretty windy. I just went 3 miles and some change in 29:06 with an average pace of 8:52, after the run I jumped on the elliptical for a mile and then I did my upper body weight training and some push-ups. I also rolled my leg with the big foam roller. I didn't take any Ibuprofen before the run cuz my leg was feeling pretty good and boy was that a mistake, cuz my ITband just was lite up the whole way. I came home and got some in me and it has seemed to help, I guess I still have some inflammation in there somewhere... It felt good on the elliptical with no pain and I just ran up the stairs and it felt good so I will have to make sure on Saturday that I take some before the race. See ya tomorrow
