1 mile warmup on the turf. 12X400m, 1st 4 at 5K pace, next 4 at 2 mile pace, last 4 at mile pace. 76, 74, 74, 76, then 70, 71, 71, 71, and 65, 65, 65, with last one all out which was a 58 (400 PR!) Really consistent and on-pace workout. Cooled down but Achilles started hurting so I cut it a mile short and biked 10 min.
