Whistle hills at the cemetery. 3 sets of 15, 20, 25 sec sprint with recovery jog back to start. One 30 sec after the 3 sets. Felt great until the last 25 and the 30. Got a horrible headache and felt light headed but not a bad workout. Finished miles and iced at the spring.

Warmed up the legs with a mile of speed changes on the track. Started the race out pretty conservative then moved up. Not a PR but felt pretty good about it considering the workout yesterday

5 x 1 mile repeats at 5K pace with 4 min. rest in between each. Ran them at the cemetery cuz the pit was too muddy so it was a fairly flat course with some gradual uphill and downhill. Had to do them by myself cuz the other guys drove up to sugar house to do them. Went a little too fast but felt fresh and paced pretty good.

Last workout of awesome week. 6 x 1000m with a recovery 200, sprint 200 and 3 min. rest in between each. 1000s were 3:07s for the first and third and 3:09-3:10 for the others. 200s were 27-28 and 26 for the last one

12 min. on the bike. Progression recovery run average pace 7:18. Legs are trashed and right hamstring feels really tight so I did about 5 and a half of it on the grass at Olympic Park. Biked another 12 min. after
