Mon - 10 miles (since I didn't do a long run on Sat)
Tues - 11 x 400 mile pace OR just run to gym & tae bo & run home
Wed - 3-5 mile run Thurs - Cross OR run to gym & tae bo & run home OR Speedy Span Rout w/ Lily?
Fri - 5 mile run + strength Sat - FRB 5 mile race or Marions 1/2 marathon? or just a good long run w/ SF running group?
