I ran 1.25 miles this morning on the TM and got to talk to Lily. Then I did the tae bo class. And we have another basketball game tonight. Did I mention we won our last game?

It was good to talk. It made it go by faster. I had a rigorous run this morning. I went 8 miles but wanted to die most of the run :)
