Today I ran with Michelle in Payson Canyon. We ran 5.5 up and turned
around and came back. It took about 1:30. I think time up was 47.07 (i
don't know for sure b/c I didn't start my garmin until about 1.5 miles
in. I need to remember to turn that bad boy on).
