I ran 4 miles in 30 minutes today.  I am slowly losing motivation...  I was supposed to run more miles on Sat and I didn't.  I was supposed to run more miles today, but I didn't. :) Oh well...I think when it gets warmer and not so dark in the morning I might be able to run more miles since running on the treadmill is starting to get way boring. :-)

On a side note I registered my oldest for Kindergarten today. I'm so excited for her to start school.

blee! I can't even believe she is going to be in Kindy garten! And no, you can't lose motivation! Because I can't do this one if you're not doing it:). Here is what I think, you're already training and your mileage is so high that you just have to keep going and get it over with. ha ha atleast that's what I think. Because if I wait to do St. Geo- which believe me I have thought about too. Then I know I would start running less than I am right now and then come June or July when I had to start the program again, I would be real ticked. just think about it :)

Maybe I'll have to (once again) just change my schedule to an easier one :). Let's start running together soon. Spanish Fork running club runs every Sat at 6am. When we run in Orem we could run with the Sojourners or the Crack o dawners.
