Hill and trail work out.  This was a very good day.  The weather was perfect about 85 degrees, and 2 other guys that I was running with were pushing a lot so I had to step it up a little bit more than usual.  At the end I felt great.

Hi. I am running the Long Beach marathon in October. i see that you live in Florida, which is quite hummid, correct? I live on the coast of California, which is pretty cool with low humidity. I would definately run slower in a hot/hummid environment.

Yeah, you plenty of time until your marathon. You'll want to get a few 20 milers in before. There is link i posted that is a running calculator for racing and workouts, it's quite helpful.

Your second 5k time is pretty fast especially since you have only been running for a year! I'm sure your times will only continue to improve!
