| I should have raced yesterday! :-( The weather actually turned out good for racing but I had aleady made up my mind not to do it.
Now, for the next few weeks I guess I'm in limbo-land waiting to start my Boston training. I had no plan for today's run but I can tell you my legs felt great! I pretty much just cruised throught the run without much effort throughout. I did, for the first time, almost get hit by a car. I was making a left hand turn just as a car was making a right hand turn towards me. It was foggy and I was completly off the pavement, even off of the gravel, on the grass edge. The car cut the corner so sharp it was in the gravel. The driver must have seen me at the last minute and swerved to the left completly missing the turn. I kept running and the car just sat there for a couple of minutes before it backed up and then made the turn. I had my flashy lights on and my flashlight shining.

| 30 degrees, 56% humidity, 30 degree dew point and nice heavy socks and gloves makes a GREAT run! I finally figured out the right amount of clothes to wear. :-)
A little faster than on Monday and felt really good throughout the run. No hard effort or strain at any point. I need to be racing.

When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, no one can discover anything about their future.

| I ran the same route today as I did Monday and Wednesday.
Monday = 7:38 Pace, Tuesday = 7:37 Pace, Thursday = 7:16 Pace.
I added the Elevation Gain so you can see the contour of the route I ran.
This pace is starting to feel really good. I just need to be able to take it up a notch an run this for a full marathon.
