Hey IJR, so you've run the CIM before, I didn't see it in your running accomplishments list.But I did see it on marathonguide.com and you really had a good run! how about some great tips to run CIM, what are the course tricks, is it really all gentle down hill? I see that the best part of the first half is rolly polly bumps in the road, so my super hill training will get me ready for this new marathon. What year did you run it and what were the temps, start and finish for you?
