Not sure if I'm just a little board, unmotivated or tired but I really have been dragging when it comes to excitment about my runs lately. I was really not wanting to do this run today.
Anyway...I would call this 5 easy miles, 5 slow marathon miles, 5 marathon goal miles and one slow tempo mile.
