My entries may be a little short for a few days since I'm on vacation. I'm trying to start my new training program but have to do it all on the TM. Stretch about 5 min Warm-up 20 min. - 2 miles 3x Repeats @ 1.25 miles each @ 6:40 pace 1/4 mile recovery between repeats 10 min cooldown Total Milage: 7.5 miles In a hurry to get off the boat....goodbye...!!!! |
