I was feeling a little better and a little more rested today so I decided to run my small loop which is almost 7 miles (I went ahead and ran a little extra to make it a full 7 miles). I was supprised to find that the results of this run (pace and HR) are actually not far off my normal results when I'm in good shape but I know that mentally my brain was telling me it was much harder.
I really haven't been feeling very good lately. My shoulder is just throbbing and I don't think I'm getting very good sleep because of it. This hot and humid weather is draining when I run.
On a good note, the Chosen Half Marathon is 12 weeks away and I think I'll be trying for a PR in that race. It's not that easy of a course but with good training and good weather I think I can do it! :-)

Psalm 107:19-21
Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men.
