Again I got to run with Callie. She was dragging a little this morning so I only ran 4. I was still 20 minutes late for work. I've got to get her moving earlier for running together to work. :-) Ran the 1st and 4th miles with Callie.

My shoulder was really hurting, for no apparent reason, this morning.

Be nice to your running partners or that might leave you lol. some tiime injuries hurt when they are healing really glad your are running daily again.
